OUR SERVICES
LiDAR
Mosaic 3D uses RIEGL brand LiDAR sensors which are at the cutting edge of technology and allow very high precision and density of LiDAR points to be obtained.
We use PhaseOne and Canon brand cameras. The PhaseOne configuration allows us to achieve very high pixel resolution at ground level. The Canon camera allows us to obtain aerial photographs covering the same width as our LiDAR sensor, in simultaneous acquisition, thus reducing the flight hours necessary to map a project in LiDAR and photos, rather than having two independent flight plans.
CamEras
GPS and Inertial System
We use Hexagon | NovAtel 's SPAN systems to obtain a GPS + Inertial Navigation trajectory with the highest precision possible. Our IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) as well as our GPS sensors and antennas from NovAtel are among the best in the world.
Plane, helicopter and drone
With our great expertise in aerial surveys with more than 20 years’ experience at Mosaic 3D, we build our LiDAR systems ourselves. Our mapping systems have therefore been designed to be compatible when installed on board different types of aircraft and helicopters. We own our own aircraft, which allows us to carry out surveys quickly and we have several flight partners in North America for further projects. Additionally, we have a drone available to carry out smaller projects.
